About education

The goal of education is to provide the participant with ethnic, multicultural, historical, geographical, and biological knowledge in a creative and interesting way to meet the needs and interests of the modern child.

Students will get to know the objects of world culture live, they will form a positive attitude towards the culture and traditions of different worlds, and a positive socio-cultural environment will be created. During education, students will acquire new knowledge and be able to work in a team and individually. They will connect the acquired experience with the knowledge and skills of formal education, renew the concept of citizenship, deepen the value approach to the world around us, and get acquainted with the ethnic culture through customs and traditions. Education “Create Your Own Picture of the Gardens of Babylon” consists of two parts: theoretical and practical.

In the theoretical part (40 minutes), the educator welcomes the students, tells them about the non-traditional place of education, its uniqueness, and assigns them to groups with accompanying people. The first group explores historical cultural objects from the four continents of the world: Africa, Asia, Europe, and Australia. Students will see the famous Sydney Opera House, the romantic Trevi Fountain, London Bridge, Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate, the Arc de Triomphe, Cheops Pyramid, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, and many others. The second group explores the botanical vegetation of the Gardens of Babylon – compositions of precisely formed topiaries, flowers, and decorative trees, their origin, the variety of herbs, and vegetable plants, and their uses.

In the practical part (50 minutes), each participant will have the opportunity to create a unique picture from seeds, grains, herbs, and other natural goods of a selected world architectural building. Knowledge is consolidated in the practical part, and at the end of the education, education representatives tell about the studied objects, exchange the most interesting facts with the aim of revealing the individuality of each student and so that they acquire the knowledge and skills they need in life.

After this education, students look at the world around them with different eyes. It’s like geography, history, and biology lessons in a different way.
